THE CHALLENGE
EJM had decades of history — and years’ worth of content on their website. And they were ready for a revamp. The company was also already heavily invested in Salesforce, so we had to clean and organize first, so to speak, rather than start fresh. The final challenge was carrying over the core of EJM’s brand into their new design.

We met with EJM to better understand their goals and how they could get the most out of Salesforce. Their existing website was difficult to navigate and was not showcasing their best-in-class luxury service. We recommended a brand and website audit alongside a Salesforce implementation plan that would help increase the client’s value proposition to customers and new talent via the careers page.
Fitting It All Together
After some initial sandboxing efforts to understand how Salesforce Experience Cloud and other features would best suit EJM’s needs, we solidified the refreshed design direction and migrated massive amounts of content from Episerver into the new site.

Because EJM was already invested in Salesforce, we built their website in Salesforce Experience Cloud using a mix of standard and custom components. This made it easy for EJM’s in-house team to update and maintain. We also integrated their booking system, which kept the learning curve for their employees to a minimum and offered new functionality to potential charter guests.

The new website reflects EJM’s brand of sophistication and luxury with large, professional photography and plenty of white space to allow the content to shine. Its simple navigation and layout allows users to scan pages quickly without losing the brand experience, even as they gather all the information they need at a glance. Integrating a third-party booking tool also allows users to quickly search and book charter flights. Overall, EJM’s new website speaks to class and comfort — the perfect setting to attract new hires and customers.
