Job Description

LookThink is seeking an open-minded, fast learner, to support our UX information architecture team. We are looking for applicants who are excited about creating user-centric websites, products, and other digital experiences. As a part of the team, you will learn to make UX deliverables, support your UX decisions, and work with teammates to translate any given UX journey into an intuitive user interface. The ability to contribute ideas to the team and execute the ideas of others quickly and competently is key to the success of our projects and our general work style.

Our roll-your-sleeves-up mentality means you’ll work on everything from personas to prototypes, to complete website and application UIs.

  • Meet with clients or internal project managers to discuss the vision and requirements of a given project.

  • Assist senior architects with research, whiteboarding, prototypes, user journeys, and other UX deliverables.

  • Inspire and collaborate with co-workers to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work for clients.

  • Possess the ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team. We expect that our team members can get their marching orders and go, as well as communicate and collaborate with coworkers and clients.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage one's own time.


  • Examples of digital web/product architecture work to be presented and reviewed during an interview.

  • Hands-on experience or extreme interest in creating, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, user research plans, etc.

  • Experience or interest in using prototyping tools such as UXPin, InVision,, or similar.

  • Ability to generate creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Experience presenting to and/or communicating directly with end clients (or professors).

  • Comfort/openness to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of Sketch and UXPin

  • Ability to create and execute user research plans at various stages of the project.

  • Knowledge or interest in learning more about User Experience and User Interface design principles

  • Understanding of web technologies (HTML & CSS knowledge a plus) and a strong desire to learn more (as all of our projects are web-based)
